Immy
Hi lovelies, I’m the founder & CEO of Richmonds! I’ve been in the Cake & Coffee industry for over 12 years now & would never of imagined being where we are today! You’ll usually find me running in and out of the shop like a tornado (that’s my nickname), normally with my daughter B attached to me (& her 1001 ducks). When I’m not in work, you’ll usually find me travelling throughout every hot country I can find, or keeping up my shopping addiction.
Coffee Order: Americano with cold milk & a splash of cold water.
Go to cake: Don’t actually like cake (I know), but Jess’ Cake Balls are a MUST.
Ellis
Welcome to the stage.. * Ellis *
Hiii, I’m Ellis, the manager of our Newport store. In the rare occasion of me not actually being at Richmonds, you’ll find me making jewellery (plug graceful designs here). If I’m not watching true crime, I’m reading about it (or doing it hehehe).
Coffee Order: Americano with milk and one heaped brown sugar.

Jess
Helloo! I’m Jess (commonly known as Squish) & I manage the bakery here at Richmonds. Originally, I started working with Im four years ago managing the Cowes store & now I am in charge of causing chaos, singing Christmas songs & galloping round our kitchen unit (I promise we do bake the odd cake too). When I’m not making Jess’ Balls, I love travelling & looking after Roo & Gem, the best doggies ever.
Coffee Order: I actually don’t drink coffee , however a hot chocy or a smarties shake is a must!
Go to cake: Top pick would have to be the big chocolate fudge cake!

Hii! I’m Katie, the newly appointed Operations Manager at Richmonds. Having joined a year & a half ago, Ims chaoticness is officially rubbing off on me , but despite my new title of ‘Mini Tornado’ , I’ve never looked back. If I’m not sat in the booth on my laptop, you’ll find me wherever dogs or babies are! Outside of work I’m in to my self-care , multiple different craft hobbies that never last longer than five mins (hehe) & of course looking after the best doggie ever, Loki!
Coffee Order: Hate coffee & caffeine hates me hehe so my go too would be a hot choccy with all of the trimmings.

Hello. I’m Joe the Social Media and Marketing Manager at Richmonds! I’m fairly new – I was actually just a regular customer who was adopted and now can’t leave. When I’m not filming content, I work as a Travel Specialist for a well know holiday company.

Helooo, I’m Lou, Head Baker here at Richmonds. Fun fact, I’m actually the only qualified Baker here (sorry for outing you Im) & use my talents to bring you lots of new flavours here at Richmonds. When people think of me, they think *Christmas*. I LOVE Christmas. You’ll find me in the middle of July singing my fave tune ‘ I want a hippopotamus for Christmas’ .

Howdy, I’m Frances (aka franyyyyy), a cafe assistant & top baker here at Richmonds. You’ll usually find me on the no 1 bus at 625am heading into the kitchen …zzz…. Even though I love being knee deep in litres of caramel, when I’m not in work I’m usually looking after a selection of my 11 nieces & nephews & spending lots of time with my family.

Heyy I’m Liv, I’m a cafe assistant here at Richmonds. I am best known for being the ‘clumsy one’ as I seem to make every accident possible. When I’m not breaking something, or falling down the stairs, you’ll find me in some sort of museum or ancient site across the world, as I love ancient history!

Hi, I’m Sharni, I’m a cafe assistant here at Richmonds – but also hold the title of chief organiser & cleaner. I like cats & Pokémon cards & that’s all you need to know really.

Hi Everyone!! I’m Will. I’m sure you’ve seen me running around Newport and causing chaos in Richmonds with my iconic sidekick Bea!
My official role is Bea’s on hand Private Nanny. But really, we’re just best friends!! When I’m not with the little sassy duck loving queen, I love having my friends round and entertaining, the hostess with the mostess!

Hi, I’m Kato! I am a cafe assistant & newly skilled latte artist here at Richmonds. Having not been here that long, I can still say I am fully immersed in the chaos of Richmonds. Anytime I’m not in work of revising for my A-levels (wish me luck!), I enjoy playing the guitar or going out for a drive as I’ve just passed my test!

Hey, I’m Hannah! I’m a cafe assistant & baker here at Richmonds. Before I worked here, I would always bring in my daughter Hallie for a Hot Chocolate & Cake before going to the library & ended up never leaving. Life outside of work is pretty busy playing babies & keeping up with a full of life five-year-old. On the rare occasion I get some time to myself (mum life!), I find any chance I can to read, especially romance books.
