Hi! My name is Immy, the owner and baker at Richmonds. My mum jokes that I’ve been baking as long as I could hold a spoon and a bowl – all be it, it was only Jam Tarts and butterfly cakes to start with! I started selling cupcakes at 14 and fast forward 8 years and we have Richmonds!
